ในยุคVUCA ที่โลกมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว ผู้นำที่มีความสามารถโดยปรับใช้ทั้งศาสตร์และศิลป์ ในการบริหารคนเพื่อก้าวข้ามวิกฤติไปสู่ความสำเร็จขององค์กร ซึ่งการเป็นผู้นำสะท้อนการทำงานที่มีประสิทธิภาพของทีม ทักษะความเป็นผู้นำ ถือเป็นทักษะอย่างหนึ่งที่สามารถฝึกฝนและสร้างขึ้นมาได้ ใครก็สามารถเรียนรู้ได้ ที่ผ่านมาผู้นำเหล่านี้ต่างมี ลักษณะบุคลิกภาพและ ความสามารถที่สนับสนุนความเป็นผู้นำในตัวออกมา หลักสูตร พัฒนาภาพและความเป็นผู้นำยุคใหม่ โดยมีเนื้อหาหลักเป็นเรื่องชุดความคิด (mindset) และลักษณะบุคลิกภาพ (personality)ที่จำเป็นในการเป็นผู้บริหาร และผู้นำองค์กร โดยสอดแทรกกิจกรรมเพื่อสร้างการเรียนรู้ประเภทต่างๆของผู้นำ, ลักษณะของผู้นำที่ประสบความสำเร็จ และแนวทางการพัฒนาโดยเริ่มจากแนวคิดภายในออกสู่บุคลิกภาพภายนอกเพื่อเตรียมพร้อมและปรับตัวกับความเปลี่ยนแปลง เป็นผู้นำองค์กรไปสู่ความสำเร็จในที่สุด

In the VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) era, where the world is rapidly changing, leaders must possess the ability to apply both science and art in managing people to overcome crises and lead organizations toward success. Leadership is reflected in the effective functioning of teams, and leadership skills are considered abilities that can be developed and cultivated. Anyone can learn them.
Leaders in the past have demonstrated personalities and abilities that support their leadership qualities. The "Modern Leadership and Personality Development" program focuses on the mindset and personality traits essential for being an executive and organizational leader. The curriculum incorporates various learning activities that aim to develop leadership qualities, traits of successful leaders, and pathways for growth, beginning with internal thought processes that shape external personalities. The program prepares individuals to adapt to change and ultimately lead their organizations toward success.
